An exception is the Progetto Orti Solidali – solidarity gardens project – an ambitious example of Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) in Rome. Since its start in early 2009, the Orti has aimed to create a more sustainable way of producing and consuming food. Its slogan is ‘We don’t sell vegetables; we grow your garden’.
