A Report from New Orleans: Growing food in a recovering citySubmitted by Femke Hoekstra on Thu, 05/07/2009 - 14:08
Martin Bailkey In: UA Magazine no. 21 - Linking Relief, Rehabilitation and Development: A role for urban agriculture?, p. 28 Over three years have passed since Hurricane Katrina flooded 80 percent of New Orleans in August 2005.
