The International Institute for Sustainable Development was founded in 1990 and is based in Winnipeg, Canada. IISD is dedicated to providing policy recommendations in various development fields, in the North as well as the South. Its vision is ‘better living for all’. Coverage focuses on broad areas of economic policy and trade etc, but also includes NRM and IK / indigenous peoples. There is a wide range of publications to be downloaded, and these are up-to-date.
